Registration

All conference attendees must be registered and have a badge for admission to technical sessions, exhibits, and special events. Please see the ICT 2026 Code of Conduct.

INFORMATION: Please read before registering.

Cancellations and Refund Policy:

Registration fees will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of USD 100 for administrative costs. Requests must be made within 90 days of payment. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ICT2026 Registration Department by email to organizers@ict2026houston.com. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the credit card or bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction. For original payments made by bank transfer, the cancellation notification or refund request must indicate all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Credit will not be given for unattended events, late arrival, or early termination of attendance. The terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, including such as a visa is officially refused to the participant. All participants are urged to start the visa application as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Payment

Payment should be made by credit card through the secure portal. If a different form of payment is necessary, or if payment is being made for multiple attendees, please contact organizers@ict2026houston.com for further instructions.

Visa

Persons requiring a visa who need a personal letter of invitation should visit the Visa Information section of this website. Participants must be registered prior to the request for assistance and should indicate the need by checking the box on the registration form. Persons needing these letters will be contacted individually.

Dietary Restrictions

We will do our best to honor your dietary needs, whether vegan, vegetarian, Halal, kosher, or other specific menus. In some instances, we will not be able to grant all requests. If you have an allergy to specific ingredients, please let us know in the space provided on the Registration Form.

Special Accommodations

Please indicate your accessibility needs on the registration form (e.g., wheelchair space, etc.) and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Confirmation of Registration

Confirmation with your unique registration number will be sent to the email provided on your registration form after your registration has been processed. Please note that the billing address must correspond to the address linked to your card for successful registration. Please bring your confirmation when you check in at the conference registration desk. Badges will be issued based on your registration type and must be worn for admission to all conference events.

ITS Summer School (Sunday, May 17)

All attendees who wish to attend the ITS Summer School must register for this option. Registration is free due to the generous sponsorship of MTI through the International Thermoelectric Society. Please check the attendance box on the Registration Form.

Students and Young Professionals Evening Mixer (Monday, May 18)

Students and Young Professionals who wish to meet new friends for food and drink in the surrounding downtown area "Green Street" or "The Rustic" should indicate their interest by checking the box entitled Student and Young Professionals Evening Outing on the registration form. Students/YPs who indicate interest will be contacted with more information and a chance to sign up.
